Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://kandnmechanicalbullrentals.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services. K & N Mechanical Bull Rentals provides Birthday Party Rentals, Corporate Event Rentals, Wedding Rentals, Mechanical Bull Party Rentals, Inflatable Mechanical Bull Rentals and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. K & N Mechanical Bull Rentals (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. K & N Mechanical Bull Rentals reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

As-Is Basis. https://kandnmechanicalbullrentals.com is provided on an "as is" basis. K & N Mechanical Bull Rentals makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, K & N Mechanical Bull Rentals's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify K & N Mechanical Bull Rentals from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. OK law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in OK.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
